All the Coffee at Rocket is roasted to order by a local Bellingham company and we use only the highest quality Organic, ‘Fair-Trade’ Coffee Beans.

The Espresso drinks at Rocket Donuts are truly “Out of this World” featuring our own custom “Rocket Blend Espresso” as well as darned good organic drip Coffee.

Check out our space age Espresso Machine. It is truly a unique piece of equipment that was the personal machine of Seattle coffee guru, David Schomer. The ‘Mistral’ creates some of the creamiest foam that will ever coat your upper lip.
